About Xylene Technical Grade
Xylol or Xylene refers to any of the three dimethyl benzene isomers or a combination of these chemicals. Xylenes are a kind of petrochemical product that is generated via catalytic reforming and coal carbonization in the production of coke fuel. They may also be found in crude oil in quantities ranging from 0.5 to 1%, depending on the source. At room temperature, it appears as a colorless, combustible liquid.
Unless a higher purity grade is specified, Technical Grade chemicals are of sufficient quality for industrial applications. Technical Grade chemicals are mainly utilized in large-scale commercial manufacturing.
